Whipped Virginia Gold: European Style Creamed Honey

Taste the difference of raw whipped honey with this European style creamed honey. Buttery and smooth, but soft-set so it stays on your toast! Made with honey from our bees here in Bremo Bluff, this is certainly an apiary delight.

Creamed honey is made by seeding a large drum of honey with a small smooth honey crystal. It is then churned for 36 hours allowing the crystallization to move evenly through the batch and produce a soft set honey.

Raw whipped honey has a number of amazing applications. Try it with charcuterie, goat cheese, or greek yogurt!
