Our forest honey is primarily tulip poplar from the 2024 nectar flow in central Virginia. Delivering a lovely butter caramel note, this honey pairs with a variety of teas and coffee and accentuates aged gouda.

An introduction of floral notes is followed by a beautiful blackberry finish with this delightful blackberry honey. This honey comes from the Clinch River area of Appalachia, Virginia. It pairs well with a mild cheddar cheese.
