Products and accuracy

We try to show products, prices, and availability accurately. We may correct errors, refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities when needed. Colors and packaging can vary slightly from photos.

Natural products such as raw honey vary by season and nectar. Soft-set or crystallized honey is expected and not a quality failure.

Prices and billing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout when they apply. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping and pickup

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes when the carrier accepts the shipment, except where we are responsible for packing errors we caused. Farm store and Richmond Stony Point pickup follow the times and instructions given at checkout or by email.

We are not responsible for third-party tools or websites linked from our store.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our privacy policy on this site.
