Refund policy

We do not accept returns, and we do not process refunds.

 

All sales from Edgewood Apiaries & Farm are final. That includes online orders, farm store purchases, and Richmond Stony Point pickup.

 

If a shipment arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email honeyhouse@edgewoodapiariesandfarm.com with your order number and a photo. We will look at those cases one at a time and decide whether a replacement is appropriate. That is not a return or refund program.

 

Natural products such as raw honey can crystallize or soft-set. That is normal and is not a reason for a return or refund.
