Fire cider used: Berries, Florals & Honey | Honey used: Heart of Piedmont
This is the easy one for a party. You don't need a shaker, it looks pretty in a tall glass, and it's lighter than the sour.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce Fire Cider: Berries, Florals & Honey, shaken well
- 1/4 ounce honey syrup
- 4 ounces chilled sparkling water or tonic
- Ice, an orange wheel, and a few frozen blackberries or raspberries
Steps
- Fill a tall glass with ice and the frozen berries.
- Add the gin, fire cider and honey syrup and stir.
- Top with sparkling water or tonic, give it one gentle stir, and tuck in the orange wheel.
Tips
- Tonic makes it a little bitter and sweeter. Sparkling water lets the hibiscus and orange come through more.
- Keep your fire cider in the fridge after opening, and shake it every time you pour.
