Honey used: Whiskey Barrel Aged Honey

A Gold Rush is just bourbon, lemon and honey. It's about as simple as a cocktail gets, so the honey really matters. Our Whiskey Barrel Aged Honey is aged in a bourbon barrel and picks up oak and vanilla. Put it back with bourbon and it tastes like it was always meant to be there.
