We pack the set here. You don't build it from three separate cart lines unless you want to. The flight is the finished path.

If you already know our Virginia Honey Flight, this is a slightly different box. The VA Honey Flight is three raw natural Virginia honeys. The bees did all the work. We just bottle and package it and go. This one is the cold-weather tasting set: chocolate, chai, and whiskey barrel.

Three cold-weather honeys, in farm words

Chocolate Creamed Honey is raw Virginia tulip poplar honey creamed with dark chocolate cocoa. Small batch from Edgewood Apiaries in Bremo Bluff. Soft-set. Spoonable. The jar people reach for when they want dessert without a recipe.

Chai Infused Honey is raw Virginia honey infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper, and star anise. Toast. Yogurt. Warm apples. Roasted root vegetables (think carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash). A plate that needs something warmer than plain sweet.

Whiskey Barrel Aged Honey is our collaboration with Tarnished Truth Distilling. Raw Virginia honey spends time in a Virginia bourbon barrel. Oak and vanilla show up. Coffee. Charcuterie. Apple or peach slices. Smoked gouda. Five months in the barrel.

Who this gift is for (and what it is not)

This is the gift when someone already likes honey and you want them to taste three winter jars in one sitting.

A host who puts out a board. A teacher who is tired of candles. A neighbor who will notice that the whiskey one came from a real Virginia distillery partnership, not a fake label story.

It is not the Journey with the Bees set. Journey is soap, Heart of Piedmont honey with a dipper, and lip balms. Different box. Different job.

It is not one large named raw jar. If you want Raw Forest or Monacan Meadow alone, shop the honey collection. This is the Winter Honey Flight.
