Our first variety from the Liberty Honey brand; gallberry honey. Prevalent throughout southern Georgia and northern Florida, the non-edible gallberry bush is known for its delicate honey presenting a heavy floral note on the pallet. This honey is perfect for fried chicken, biscuits and waffles.
